About the role

We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Admin Staff to support daily office operations and ensure an efficient workplace environment. This role involves managing administrative tasks, assisting various departments, and helping maintain smooth internal communication.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and organize office files and records, both electronic and hardcopy.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings or events.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and adequately supplied.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
