Cabanatuan City, Central Luzon, Philippines Home Credit Full time ₱500,000 - ₱1,000,000 per year

Legal Collections Specialist are responsible to collect the debt through filing a civil case particular for Collections of Sum of Money (Small Claims Case) in 1st level court.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop relationship with courts and other government agencies

  • Prepare data files for courts

  • Sending demand letter via personal service

  • Assist court's personnel in the service of summons/decisions

  • Personal service of the alias summons

  • Gather evidence or attachments for filing collection cases

  • File for the company collection cases before the Small Claims Court

  • Participate in the trial (attend initial hearings and motion for executions)

  • Manage execution process

What You Need to Have:

  • 3 years work experience in law offices or in banking / finance sector

  • Experience with: Small claim debt process (data file preparation, trial participation, knows courts practice)

  • Execution process (knows the practice)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
