We are a Philippine-based Company. We import and distribute medical and diagnostic solutions to Hospitals and Laboratories in the Country.

About the Role

Maintain expert-level knowledge of assigned medical equipment and related technologies. Train internal teams, clients, and healthcare professionals on product use, features, and benefits. Support the sales team by participating in client meetings and product demonstrations. Provide technical input during pre-sales and post-sales processes. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product pitches to potential clients.

We are looking for applicants from Bicol, NCR, North and South Luzon and Cagayan de Oro City

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
  • Collaborate with service engineers to resolve product issues.
  • Assist with product installation and customization.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Communicate customer feedback to product development teams for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, training sessions, and product performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Medical Technology, Laboratory, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical device industry.
  • Familiarity with the specific medical device market you are working in (e.g., surgical devices, diagnostic equipment, implantable devices) is crucial for effective positioning and strategy development.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and market research to product launch, post-launch activities, and end-of-life management.
  • Ability to conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitive products to identify new opportunities, market gaps, and customer needs.
  • Understanding customer needs and creating product strategies that align with those needs.
