About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager (Laoag) to join our team at SM APPLIANCE (STAR APPLIANCE CENTER, INC.)'. As a Store Manager in our Laoag, Ilocos Norte location, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store and ensuring exceptional customer service. What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants, providing them with coaching, training, and support to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve store targets
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with the company's values

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail store management role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in inventory management, financial reporting, and data analysis
  • Passionate about the retail industry and committed to driving business growth
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
