Commissary Operations Supervisor

Key Functions:

  • Operations Management: manage and support all aspects of the commissary's daily operations, including food preparation, packaging, storage, and dispatch.
  • Supplier Management: work closely with management in the sourcing, evaluation, and verification of potential suppliers to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, reliability, and compliance with company standards.
  • Inventory Control: monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and coordinate timely supply orders to prevent shortages or waste.
  • Staff Supervision: oversee and support commissary staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to operational procedures.
  • Quality Management: enforce food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations to maintain high product standards and a safe working environment.
  • Reporting: prepare and submit operational reports to management for review and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge in food manufacturing, from preparation, cooking, and packaging;
  • With at least three years of experience in facilitating quality control standards based on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP);
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (e.g, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and capable of working with various inventory systems;
  • With at least two years in a supervisory role, managing production for multi-branch and high-volume food service operations;
  • Willing to work full-time and onsite at Silang, Cavite
