Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide clinical support, ensure adherence to U.S. nursing standards, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role may involve working with healthcare providers, reviewing medical documentation, or supporting telehealth and case management operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nursing support in compliance with U.S. healthcare standards and protocols.
  • Review, assess, and document patient cases or medical records accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Assist in case management, utilization review, or clinical documentation improvement (depending on assignment).
  • Adhere to HIPAA and data privacy guidelines at all times.
  • Participate in continuous learning and training sessions to maintain clinical competency and U.S. regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) with an active and unrestricted license (California license is a must).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience (hospital, clinic, or similar setting).
  • Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills.
  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare standards, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in case management, utilization review, or telehealth roles.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work on night schedules and onsite
