Data Analyst (Inventory / Pricing / Demand Data Team)

Location: Cebu or Baybay Site (Full Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical Data Analysts to join our e-Commerce platform team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and enjoys working with numbers, data sets, and reports that drive business decisions.

You'll be part of the Inventory, Pricing, and Demand Data Team, ensuring that data accuracy and insights contribute directly to our platform's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources using Microsoft Excel formulas and functions.
  • Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.
  • Create and present reports in numerical or graphical format.
  • Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources and platforms.
  • Create and audit product listings on Amazon and Shopify before uploading.
  • Identify discrepancies and determine root causes; present findings to management and relevant teams.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency within the team.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Excel (advanced knowledge of formulas, functions, and shortcuts required).
  • At least 1 year of experience in data analysis or report generation using Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Graduate of any Business or IT-related course.
  • Can work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on a graveyard or shifting schedule during peak seasons.
  • Must be willing to work onsite and relocate if residing outside Cebu City, Talisay, Mandaue, or Baybay City, Leyte.
  • Can start immediately.
