About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a talented and ambitious Finance Associate to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations and contributing to the success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with the maintenance and reconciliation of inventory and fixed asset records
  2. Supporting the preparation of financial statements and reports
  3. Performing data analysis and financial modelling to support decision-making
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  5. Providing administrative support to the finance department as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Fresh graduates or individuals with 0-2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Attention to detail and a keen interest in the finance and accounting field
  6. Familiarity with inventory and fixed asset management processes
