Vision Express Philippines is seeking an exceptional Audit Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Audit Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our financial operations. This full-time position is located in Makati City, Metro Manila, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our growing company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Audit, or any business-related course.

  • With at least Five (3) to (5) working experience in internal audit. A licensed CPA, CIA, and MBA is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in auditing techniques and management principles

  • Results oriented, highly analytical, and have keen attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • With the ability to identify audit problems, develop action plans, and recommends corrective action.

  • Ability to effectively manage people, and task responsibilities

  • Has excellent project and time management skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Audit Manager in the development of audit strategies, programs, and procedures

  • Oversee audit activities and ensure completion in accordance with scheduled audit

  • Review inventory accuracy and operational audit

  • Review audit findings and provide a recommendation to prevent losses and protect assets.

  • Evaluate and enhance internal controls to improve operational efficiency.

  • Organize training for the audit team for skill development.

  • Other audit projects assigned by the immediate officer or by the head of the Audit and Compliance Department.

  • Evaluate the performance of audit staff/associate and provide appropriate feedback
