Key Responsibilities

  • Record and process daily financial transactions (invoices, vouchers, receipts, payments).
  • Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Provide assistance during audits and other financial reviews.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Accounting Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • With 1–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Excel; experience in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
