About the Hiring Company:

The Product Manager, Website is the single point of accountability for the end-to-end performance and experience of the brand's website. This role ensures that all player-facing journeys — from registration and onboarding to gameplay, payments, and retention campaigns — are seamless, compliant, and aligned with brand objectives. 

The Product Manager translates business goals into actionable priorities for Product, Marketing, CRM, Payments, and Compliance teams, ensuring that the site delivers measurable growth in acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full performance and player experience of the brand's website.
  • Manage all player-facing journeys, including registration, payments, and retention activities.
  • Act as the main contact for all website-related matters.
  • Coordinate with Product, Marketing, CRM, Payments, and Compliance teams.
  • Monitor daily site health, performance metrics, and player funnels.
  • Identify and resolve technical or UX issues quickly.
  • Plan and manage the website roadmap based on business priorities.
  • Ensure all website features and updates comply with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and Marketing teams to improve site experience and align campaigns.
  • Provide reports and updates to senior management on key metrics and upcoming releases.

The Successful Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in online gaming/iGaming
  • Experience with Philippines market
  • Experience handling player-facing websites in regulated industries is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, player lifecycles, and Asian market regulations.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset focused on conversion and retention improvement.
  • Skilled in using JIRA, CMS systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or Power BI).
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
