We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in ride-hailing, delivery, or logistics tech platforms to lead the development and execution of our mobility product strategy. If you've built features for drivers, riders, dispatch systems, or pricing engines — we want you on our team.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze competitive products and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, positioning, and marketing initiatives. Work with marketing and sales teams to create product messaging and sales enablement materials.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.
  • Overall product governance: manage products through their lifecycle to ensure that they meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct Market research to keep abreast with industry/regulatory changes
  • Translate customer needs and experience into technical requirements and product solutions.
  • Drive technical solutions for large features/technically complex features independently.
  • Is technically adept on end-to-end system architecture.
  • Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
  • Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly.
  • Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.
  • Manage research, evaluation, execution, and introduction of microservice opportunities, API strategy, application-to-application integration improvement, etc.
  • Creates data flows and functional and technical specifications as needed.
  • Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.
  • Coordinate beta tests.
  • Use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.
  • Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
  • Ensures the engineering team has needed information on endpoints, inputs and outputs.
  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with technical partners and providers.
  • Identify, evaluate, and minimize risks associated with the product.
  • Manage the project budget, track expenses, and ensure the project is delivered within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

  • 3–6+ years of product management experience, ideally in ride-hailing, logistics, mobility, or delivery tech platforms.
  • A proven track record of launching and scaling B2C or B2B2C products, especially in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical and technical acumen, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand system architecture.
  • Experience working with APIs, microservices, and platform integrations.
  • A customer-obsessed, data-driven mindset—you use insights to drive decisions and continuously improve the product experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in product and analytics tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
