We're Hiring: Project Manager Support Officer

Location: Subic Bay Freeport Zone

Your Role

As a Project Manager Support Officer, you'll play a vital role in assisting our project managers by ensuring project activities stay on track, potential issues are identified early, and team collaboration remains seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager throughout all phases of project execution
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones using Gantt charts and project tools
  • Coordinate with internal departments to communicate specifications, deadlines, and requirements
  • Monitor material deliveries and logistics, identifying and addressing potential issues
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports for stakeholders
  • Manage project-related concerns and facilitate smooth communication across teams

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in any four-year course
  • At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, logistics, or customer service
  • Knowledge of project tracking, material flow, or supply chain is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus
