About the role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Staff to join our team at PHIL. RIGID CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION in Tayud, Consolacion, Cebu. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organisation's human resource management practices and contributing to the company's overall success.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and procedures
- Provide support in the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and leave management
- Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and concerns
- Coordinate and organise employee training and development programmes
- Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and the continuous improvement of HR processes
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant labor laws and regulations
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
