Job description

The Human Resource Supervisor - Recruitment will play a key role in supporting the hiring process from job requisition through onboarding. This position will collaborate with hiring managers and branch supports to understand the needs, manage job postings, source and screen candidates, and coordinate department level interviews. Your efforts will ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment and onboarding process.

  1. Recruitment Support:


• Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducts initial interviews.


• Utilize various recruitment platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, LinkedIn) for candidate sourcing to identify and attract potential candidates.


• Collaborate with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions, ensuring they accurately reflect the role and requirements.

  1. Interview Coordination:


• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and manage communication throughout the process.

  1. Applicant Tracking:


• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition System (TAS), ensuring that all candidate data is accurately entered and maintain an up-to-date candidate records.


• Verify and encode applicant information into the system with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  1. Onboarding:


• Ensure strict implementation and adherence to all pre-employment requirements (documents, medical, etc) and that these are completed prior onboarding.


• Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with company policies and requirements, with a strong emphasis on data privacy and confidentiality.


• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring their data is correctly captured and updated in the system.

  1. Other Administrative tasks related to recruitment

The job seeks:


• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


• With at least two (2) years experience as HR Generalist or as Recruitment Assistant


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.


• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
