Overview

Design Officer (Mall Architect-SM City Consolacion). The Design Officer works closely with contractors, tenants, and officials on site to ensure that design works are carried out to specific standards. The individual resolves design problems quickly, confirms design alterations to the existing structure, and advises on restoration and conservation of old properties. They work with engineers, surveyors, and construction specialists on site and oversee projects from beginning to end to ensure that structures meet company policies, design standards, management standards, and applicable construction laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with contractors, tenants, and officials on site to ensure design work adheres to specified standards.
  • Identify and promptly resolve design problems; confirm alterations to existing structures.
  • Advise on restoration and conservation of old properties.
  • Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and construction specialists on site.
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies, design/image standards, management standards, and construction regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture.
  • Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Architecture.
