About the role

As a Business Cost Analyst at BRINK'S PHILIPPINES, INC.', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's financial performance and strategic decision-making. This full-time position is located in Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, and will see you providing in-depth analysis and reporting to support the company's accounting and finance functions.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive cost analysis of services, with a focus on labor and volume, to support resource planning and identify efficiency improvements. Provide detailed cost estimates for budget preparation aligned with revenue and sales projections. Monitor and control costs against budget, ensuring adherence to standard costing. Prepare financial reports on service costs, profit margins, and cost/revenue leakages to support decision-making. Develop and maintain standard costing for existing and new services, and analyze variances. Collaborate with departments such as Sales, HR, and Finance to provide cost insights. Assist in preparing financial projections for CERs, including NPV, IRR, and payback period. Support continuous improvement initiatives by delivering cost-related reports to boost operational efficiency and profitability. Maintain and enhance costing processes to ensure accurate pricing and achieve target margins.
