Role Description

This is a full-time on-site/remote role for an Executive Assistant located in Occidental Mindoro. The Executive Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative support tasks, coordinate executive schedules, prepare reports, and manage expense documentation. The position involves maintaining effective communication and liaising with clients and team members while ensuring smooth operations to support executive functions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and handling Expense Reports
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting or coordinating with C-Suite Executives
    is preferred
  • Strong capability in providing Executive Support and performing general Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and discretion
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in office and productivity tools, including
    Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive), and scheduling or communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Outlook)
  • Adaptability to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
