dynamic Insights Manager
to join our Philippine team. We blend AI with human expertise to deliver award-winning insights for 6,000+ clients globally—from Apple to government agencies.

What You'll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Build and manage a world-class insights team. Set clear goals, coach for success, and drive innovation across cultures.
  • Drive Growth: Partner with Business Development to smash revenue targets. Turn data into client wins and influence major business decisions.
  • Optimize & Innovate: Streamline workflows with GenAI. Drive process improvements and represent Isentia as an industry thought leader.
  • Deliver Excellence: Set the bar high for analysis quality and client work. Drive continuous improvement and step in when teams need support.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Communications, Business, or Social Sciences
  • 3-5 years in media intelligence or related industry
  • 3+ years of proven team management experience
  • Deep market knowledge and business acumen

Technical Excellence

  • Analytical mindset with data translation skills
  • Data visualization and dashboard proficiency
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and analysis tools
  • Experience with GenAI applications

Leadership & Communication

  • Demonstrated coaching and mentoring capabilities
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Cross-cultural collaboration experience
  • English fluency; additional languages a plus
