Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop in-house automations to support and assist the Helpdesk Team (e.g., Pia, ConnectWise RPA, Power Automate, PowerShell)
  • Create clear documentation for automations and their implementation
  • Deliver client-facing automation projects focused on the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Accurately identify the root cause of issues and communicate professionally with clients
  • Manage projects end-to-end while coordinating effectively with team members
  • Monitor and respond to client issues promptly, ensuring SLA standards are met

Required Experience

  • Experience working with automation tools and scripting (Power Automate, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Background in supporting or developing solutions for IT service environments

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or automation-focused role

A Successful Candidate Must Have

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Proficient With

  • Microsoft Power Platform, PowerShell, YAML
  • ConnectWise suite (Manage, Automate, RPA)

Experience Advantage

  • Experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
  • Familiarity with best practices in ITIL, cybersecurity, or change management processes
