Your Role, Your Impact

The Multimedia Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in the creation, management, and optimization of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, animations, and other visual assets. This role requires a keen eye for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content that aligns with our brand's vision and goals.

  1. Content Creation:
    Assist in producing visually appealing multimedia content such as graphics, videos, animations, and interactive media for use across digital and traditional platforms.
  2. Design and Editing:
    Utilize graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit multimedia content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project specifications.
  3. Project Management:
    Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
  4. Collaboration:
    Work closely with the marketing, social media, and content teams to develop multimedia content that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
  5. Research and Innovation:
    Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in multimedia design and production to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our content.
  6. Quality Assurance:
    Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks on all multimedia content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high standards of quality.
  7. Asset Management:
    Organize and maintain a library of multimedia assets, ensuring easy accessibility for team members.

Who We're Looking For

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    1-2 years of experience in multimedia design and production, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Creativity:
    Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Collaboration:
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage feedback constructively.
  • Time Management:
    Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio:
    A portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia projects demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
