  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent

  • Exposure and familiarization with chemical and paint process is an advantage

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be willing to do field work

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set the Sales plans for assigned area/s

  • Do some Telemarketing /Field work to achieve day to day target

  • Accountable for assigned area/s sales performance and monitor Sales Agent's individual sales performance.

  • Determine area sales target

  • Regularly update market information and strategies of other competitors

  • Ensure proper implementation of activities through field work, coaching and management of day-to-day activities of Sales Agent

  • Maintains good and productive relationship with direct reports and facilitate open communication among employees

  • Conduct scheduled trade check on assigned area to ensure right product mix availability, proper inventory of products in the channel and area saturation

  • Implements the approved marketing plan in assigned area/s in partnership with the Marketing Team.
