About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Automation Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in automation, cloud technologies, and system administration. The ideal candidate has a strong background in scripting, automation frameworks, and deployment tools, with the ability to streamline infrastructure and application delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain automation scripts and playbooks using Ansible.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure within AWS environments.
  • Automate server configuration, deployments, and routine tasks across multiple environments.
  • Work with WHS, IBM WebSphere (WAS)/Liberty, HTTP Server, Red Hat Apache/JBOSS, WebLogic, and IIS for application deployment and support.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams to enhance deployment pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot automation failures, performance issues, and deployment errors.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience as an Automation Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or related role.
  • Proficiency in Ansible, AWS, and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
  • Hands-on experience with WHS, IBM WebSphere/Liberty, HTTP Server, JBOSS, WebLogic, and IIS.
  • Strong understanding of web server administration, middleware management, and deployment automation.
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3 RTO/week)

Salary Range: ₱110,000 per month (Max.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php110,000.00 per month
