Qualifications:

  • At least One (1) year of experience as a Maintenance Technician
  • Proven experience in maintenance or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors).

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues and make necessary repairs.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
  • Inspect buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions.
  • Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Job Type: Full-time
