Primarily responsible for ensuring that distributor requests and other licensing-related tasks are completed correctly and timely.  Also responsible for escalating matters to the attention of the Manager or the Director, as necessary, for decision or further resolution.

As may be assigned, the following are the major processes or functions of a Licensing Specialist:

  • Coding
  • IC Registration and License Obtainment
  • Reinstatement
  • Agency Movement
  • Transfer of Business/Movement of Business
  • Renewal
  • Clearance and Cancellation of License
  • IC Exam Management
