We're looking for a dedicated IT Personnel to join our Eastwood office and ensure our technology runs smoothly every day.

Job Summary

The IT Personnel will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company's IT systems, network, and infrastructure. This role requires hands-on support to ensure all staff have seamless access to tools, systems, and applications necessary for daily operations. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a BPO environment and is proactive in resolving technical issues in real time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, configure, and maintain network and IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
  • Provide real-time technical support to staff onsite during business hours.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control across systems.
  • Perform regular maintenance, updates, and security checks on all IT assets.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or IT partners for escalated issues when needed.
  • Ensure data backups, cybersecurity protocols, and system integrity are consistently upheld.
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation, including asset inventory and network configurations.
  • Support onboarding of new employees by setting up workstations and system access.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a BPO or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in managing Windows-based systems and common office applications.
  • Solid understanding of data security and backup best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Must be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
