We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Advertiser to manage performance marketing campaigns across multi brands in the dental industry

This role is results-driven. Your core mission is to generate:

  • High-quality leads

  • Booked patient consultations

  • Booked equipment demos

  • Course registrations

  • Strong ROAS across all brands

You will manage multi-channel paid advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok. This is a senior, high-responsibility role in a fast-growing group of dental and healthcare companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Strategy & Planning

  2. Develop performance marketing strategies per brand: B2B, B2C, clinics, and training programs

  3. Plan monthly and quarterly ad budgets
  4. Build full-funnel marketing sequences

  5. Create high-ROI target audiences

  6. Campaign Creation & Management


  7. • Launch and optimize paid ads on:

  8. • Meta Ads (primary)
  9. • Google Search & Display
  10. • TikTok Ads
  11. • Create ads for:
  12. • Dental equipment demos
  13. • Veneer & smile makeover leads
  14. • Clinic patient acquisition
  15. • Professional CE programs (trainings, certifications)
  16. • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, hooks, audiences, and CTAs


  17. • Manage and scale winning campaigns

  18. Tracking & Analytics


  19. • Set up and maintain:

  20. • Meta Pixel
  21. • Conversion API
  22. • GA4
  23. • Google Tag Manager
  24. • Track key metrics:
  25. • Cost per lead
  26. • Cost per booked consult/demo
  27. • ROAS
  28. • Landing page conversion


  29. • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports

  30. Funnel Creation & Automation


  31. • Build retargeting sequences

  32. • Automate lead follow-ups via Messenger & email
  33. • Improve lead quality and conversion rates


  34. • Build "book a consult/demo" flows

  35. Collaboration & Creative Direction


  36. • Work closely with the Social Media Manager and graphic designer for:

  37. • Ad creatives
  38. • Reels
  39. • Testimonials
  40. • Product/service content
  41. • Provide hooks, angles, and ad messaging
  42. • Approve ad-ready creatives

KEY METRICS / KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • • 3–6+ years experience in performance marketing
  • • Expertise in:
  • • Meta Ads Manager
  • • Google Ads
  • • TikTok Ads
  • • Strong command of:
  • • Pixel setup
  • • Tag Manager
  • • Conversion API
  • • GA4
  • • Proven record of scaling campaigns
  • • Strong analytical mindset
  • • Experience handling multiple brands or working agency-side
  • • Strong understanding of B2C and B2B funnels

Preferred

  • Background in healthcare, aesthetics, dental, or medical campaigns

  • Experience with high-ticket lead generation

  • Experience with Messenger automation and email automation

Soft Skills

  • Fast, strategic thinker

  • Strong communicator

  • Comfortable working with creatives and sales teams

  • Hungry to hit targets and scale campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
