Job Responsibilities – IT Clinical Applications Business Analyst

This role is based in our offshore Global Business Center. The Business Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Crystal Reports for our EHR systems. This role requires a deep understanding of end-user requirements, technical specifications, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports for Clarvida's EHR systems.
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand their reporting needs and requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret data to create meaningful and accurate reports.
  • Ensure reports are optimized for performance and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation and data discrepancies.
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand system architecture and data structures.
  • Generate test data as necessary to validate reporting
  • Provide training and support to end-users on report functionalities and usage.
  • Stay updated with the latest Crystal Reports features and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Crystal Reports development and maintenance.
  • Proven experience wring SQL statements to query data.
  • Strong understanding of EHR systems and U.S. healthcare system data.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with end-users and technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proven experience in onshore/offshore delivery environments.
  • Experience in supporting US companies providing healthcare, healthcare IT, or enterprise solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with other reporting tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with data visualization techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Must understand end-user requirements and technical specifications.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve report-related issues.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php80,000.00 per month
