Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and interpret data from various sources, including website analytics, social media, email campaigns, customer surveys, and market research.
  • Market and Trend Research: Conduct in-depth research on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Campaign Performance Measurement: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
  • Reporting and Communication: Create clear and compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to marketing teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations on how to optimize marketing spend, refine target audiences, and improve product/service offerings.
  • A/B and Multivariate Testing: Design and execute A/B and other tests to determine the most effective marketing tactics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to process and interpret large datasets, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and database languages (e.g., SQL).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data in a simple, understandable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of marketing principles, business objectives, and how marketing contributes to overall company goals.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in their approach to data collection and analysis to ensure accuracy and precision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
