Job Description:

  • With Kitchen and People Management
  • Knowledgeable in Food Preparation and safe food handling skills
  • Knowledgeable in maintenance of Sanitation Standard.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff, Line Cook, and Steward.
  • With proven experience in inventory.
  • With knowledge in Food Cost/Management
  • Can handle day to day operations.
  • Can Check/Address complaints and feedback on food and ticket time.
  • With P&L Management Background (Food Labor Cost & Utilities Management)
  • Experience in designing, developing and inventing new menus or new cooking processes for at least 2 years
  • Creative in food, desserts and beverages (Asian and European)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to food or culinary arts
  • Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Willing to be assigned in Hotel/Casino.
  • Can work in Morning/Night Shift.
