Job Description:
- With Kitchen and People Management
- Knowledgeable in Food Preparation and safe food handling skills
- Knowledgeable in maintenance of Sanitation Standard.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff, Line Cook, and Steward.
- With proven experience in inventory.
- With knowledge in Food Cost/Management
- Can handle day to day operations.
- Can Check/Address complaints and feedback on food and ticket time.
- With P&L Management Background (Food Labor Cost & Utilities Management)
- Experience in designing, developing and inventing new menus or new cooking processes for at least 2 years
- Creative in food, desserts and beverages (Asian and European)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to food or culinary arts
- Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
- Can start ASAP.
- Willing to be assigned in Hotel/Casino.
- Can work in Morning/Night Shift.
