Lead Web Developer (WordPress & Web Builders)

Location: Mandaluyong City – Office-based/Onsite

Full-time | Up to 80k

We're looking for a Lead Web Developer who's great with WordPress and enjoys working with others. You'll use tools like Elementor, Webflow, and WooCommerce to build fast, secure, and visually engaging websites. If you like sharing ideas, supporting teammates, and taking the lead on projects when needed, you'll fit right in. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, learning, and doing great work together on global projects.

What You'll Do

  • Build and customize WordPress sites (themes, plugins, WooCommerce)
  • Create and manage websites using Elementor, Webflow, and other builders
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and security
  • Integrate APIs and third-party tools
  • Lead and guide junior developers, ensuring quality and consistency across projects
  • Share best practices, support collaboration, and help strengthen the team's technical skills

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of web development experience
  • Strong background in WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL
  • Hands-on experience with Elementor, Webflow, and Shopify
  • Knowledge of SEO, site performance, and optimization techniques
  • Experience in mentoring or leading a small development team
  • Great communication, teamwork, and a passion for clean, well-documented code
