Job Description

· Ensures that preventive maintenance programs, operations schedule of pump house carried out by Maintenance/ Technicians

· In-charge with the Repair and Maintenance of Deep Well Pump and Motors, Overhead Tanks, Panel Boards (automation and controls) and Water distribution lines.

· Conduct regular routine inspection of water system. Pipe leaks should immediately rectify

· Oversee water disconnection for past overdue account upon receipt of the job order

· In-charge with the supervision of pipe-laying works.

· Monitor and check illegal tapping and make immediately action

· Prepares special projects, costing and scheduling of activities to be accomplished by site personnel.

· Monitor performance of the water operations site staff.

· To provide the immediate head and weekly written report.

· Ensure the technical operation and maintenance standards and practice with the subdivision.

· Prepares preventive maintenance of the facility equipments

Job Qualifications:

· Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or any related course.

· With strong leadership skills.

· Can supervised Plumbers, Pump Operators, Meter Readers and Maintenance.

· Can constantly review water system and execute measures to prevent problems and/or initiate action when problems occur.

· With 2 years minimum work related experience.
