• Source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates into the Flow Track System.

• Train new participants step-by-step on how to set up and use required applications on their Android and/or Apple phones.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in shared Google Sheets tracking systems.

• Coordinate directly with leadership to manage slot assignments, payment confirmations, and communication threads.

• Conduct clear, professional onboarding sessions (verbal and written) for new community members.

• Ensure all data processing, deposits, and updates are completed accurately and on schedule.

• Maintain consistent communication with the team across multiple time zones.
