Tax Supervisor

Job Description:
We are looking for a Tax Supervisor who will oversee the company's tax compliance and support management in handling tax-related matters. The role requires strong knowledge of BIR tax rulings, regulations, and procedures, as well as hands-on experience in dealing with BIR audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise preparation and filing of all tax returns to ensure timely and accurate compliance with BIR requirements.
- Review and interpret BIR tax rulings, regulations, and issuances relevant to company operations.
- Handle BIR audits, assessments, and tax inquiries, including preparation of supporting documents and responses.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and provide advice on their impact to the company.
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory agencies on tax-related matters.
- Guide and support the accounting team in day-to-day tax compliance and reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in taxation, including exposure to BIR audits.
- Strong knowledge of BIR tax rulings, issuances, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
