Your Role:

Primary Objective:

Build and maintain D365 Customer Experience (CE) application codes.  Monitor the performance of the applications to ensure they're always running properly.  Find ways to improve the overall application development process, code quality, platform performance and security.

Provide applications support for the Commercial business, perform proactive platform monitoring and tasks as directed by leads and manager.

Collaborate with the Commercial Applications team and external teams to ensure the applications align with the technology and business objectives.

As a D365 Customer Experience Developer, you will:

• Build software that fulfils requirements using D365 CE development best practices
• Develop codes required as part of the D365 CE ecosystems
• Carry out regular security and performance checks
• Find Solutions to security threats, viruses, or errors that might hinder the system performance
• Actively participate in the planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of software solutions, ensuring alignment with Commercial business goals and objectives, as directed.
• Actively participate in the software systems design- considering scalability, performance and security needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Harvey Norman to deliver high-quality software products.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends and software development methodologies.

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in D365 CE development
• Strong technical expertise in software development, including proficiencies in programming languages, frameworks and technologies relevant to the Commercial Applications' Ecosystem.
• Strong experience in the Dynamics 365 CE technologies- Microsoft Dataverse, MSCRM Document Core Pack, Click Dimensions, Custom PCF Controls, Dialog Builder, ForceXrm Editable Grid.
• Nice to have experience in the Dynamics 365 BC technologies- Custom AL extensions, Cloud-base ERP. Power Admin Centre
• Knowledge or in Microsoft Power Family- Power BI, Power Apps, Power Admin Centre
• Knowledge or experience in Web-based technologies- ReactJS, Redux, shadcn/ui, Webpack, npm, Auth0
• Relevant D365 certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in using ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams and MS Office Applications.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Familiarity with the B2B commercial business is a plus.
