What You'll Do – Your Impact:

End-to-End Recruitment Mastery:

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and talent pipelines.
  • Build a proactive talent pipeline to meet immediate and future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strong job descriptions.
  • Provide actionable recruitment metrics, insights, and progress reports to leadership.
  • Coach hiring teams on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and selection best practices.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:

  • Deliver a seamless, fast, and positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
  • Lead initiatives to position My Uniware Collections as a top e-commerce employer.

Market Intelligence & Analytics:

  • Track market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and e-commerce recruitment benchmarks.
  • Use data and analytics to optimize recruitment strategy and reduce time-to-hire.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Specialist: 1+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in e-commerce or fast-paced industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices.
  • Results-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive under fast-paced conditions.
