Salary Range : ₱90,000

Work Setup : Hybrid

Location : Ortigas City

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions, optimize processes, and provide technical support.
  • Play an active and key role in implementing solutions built on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Participate in various project phases, including requirement analysis, technical solution development, and post-implementation support.
  • Perform technical tasks such as coding, customization, platform optimization, and integration with external systems.
  • Ensure smooth integration of ServiceNow applications with third-party systems while aligning solutions with business objectives.
  • Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving software issues.
  • Review and provide feedback on the work of junior team members.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance products and improve processes.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in configuring ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and working with ServiceNow APIs.
  • Experience in building custom applications and integrating with third-party systems.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and best practices.
  • Must possess familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Skilled in analyzing customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
