Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a leading tech company in the Philippines in their search for a Senior ServiceNow Specialist based in Ortigas.

Salary Range: ₱170,000

Work Setup: Hybrid 

Location: Ortigas City

Your Responsibilities:

Participate in project planning and implementation.
Lead the implementation team to deliver solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the customer to deliver high-quality solutions, improve processes, and provide technical support.
Manage, oversee and spearhead activities related to coding, customization, configuration and integration of the ServiceNow platform.
Be involved in various project roles. Analyze customer requirements, develop technical solutions and participate in post-implementation support.
Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow applications with external systems and aligning them with business objectives.
Monitor and review the work of less-experienced team members.
Enforce compliance with security policies and best practices
Contribute ideas and innovations to improve our products and processes.

What We're Looking For:

At least 5 years of experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions.Proven experience in configuring ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM.Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and ServiceNow APIs.Experience in developing custom applications and integrations with third-party applications.Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.Experience in customer requirements analysisExcellent communication and teamwork skills.Experience in leading a team.
