Job Description:
Animara Studios is a high-end UK-based animation agency working with global clients in finance, technology, sustainability, and education. We're looking for a highly experienced and mature 2D/3D animator to join our growing team on a long-term basis.
This is a full-time remote role based in the Philippines, working on corporate-grade animation projects. You'll collaborate with our UK team daily, creating slick, elegant, and brand-driven motion content.

Hours Required:
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Fixed shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Philippine Time
Must be available and communicative during these hours
Salary Range:
?65,000 – ?85,000 PHP per month (based on experience and showreel quality)
Paid monthly via Wise, PayPal or bank transfer
What You'll Do:
Animate professional-grade 2D and 3D explainer content, product demos, and brand videos
Interpret creative briefs and work within strict brand guidelines – outstanding English communication skills are a must
Collaborate daily with our UK-based team using Upgrade to see actual info for tasks and project tracking
Handle structured feedback and versioning with professionalism
Manage your time and animation files with independence and precision
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of professional animation experience (agency background preferred)
Expert in Adobe After Effects (motion, compositing, structure)
Skilled in Blender or Cinema 4D (clean, stylised 3D work)
Strong knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma for design integration
Experience optimising animations for web, broadcast, and corporate use
Familiarity with project tracking tools (Upgrade to see actual info preferred)
Excellent time management and communication skills
Mature, reliable, and ready to commit long-term
Excited about using AI tools (Runway, Sora, Firefly, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance creative workflows
