Role Overview:
We're seeking a full-time video editor and motion designer who can transform our clients' expertise into captivating video content. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling abilities with technical expertise to create both long-form and short-form videos that drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce high-quality video content for multiple social platforms
Create engaging short-form videos optimized for social media
Design and implement motion graphics and animations
Develop consistent visual styles for each client's brand
Transform client interviews and raw footage into compelling narratives
Collaborate with our strategy team to align content with client goals
Meet consistent content delivery deadlines

Required Skills & Experience:

3 years of video editing experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling through video
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Experience creating both long-form and short-form content
Proven track record of social media video performance
Motion graphics and animation capabilities
Understanding of platform-specific video requirements
Experience with audio mixing and sound design
