Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Advisory Supervisor to join our team. This role will oversee multiple client engagements under Accounting Advisory Services (AAS), supporting day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The supervisor will also play a key role in business development, client support, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in managing multiple priorities within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support client engagements across accounting advisory services.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
  • Maintain effective financial control systems to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support tax compliance and coordinate with external tax advisors.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff to ensure quality and growth.
  • Assist with business development activities such as proposals and client presentations.
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit processes.
  • Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry-specific risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance; professional services/consulting background preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and audit coordination.
  • CIA certification or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Leadership skills with experience in supervising and developing teams.
