About the role

SPTR WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS INC' is seeking a highly motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensuring timely order processing, delivery, and customer follow-up to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in medical sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and build long-term relationships
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on the technical and clinical aspects of our pharmaceutical and medical device offerings
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, healthcare, or business administration
