Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our VIP account, Finance, and Accounting team. The Finance Director will provide strategic financial recommendations to the executive leadership team, ensuring financial health, compliance, and business growth. This role involves overseeing financial forecasting, budgeting, risk management, and expansion activities while ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the VIP account, Finance, and Accounting team.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on business and financial planning to the CEO and executive leadership team.
  • Manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.
  • Set comprehensive goals for operations and growth that align with business objectives and financial performance.
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting financial metrics and data.
  • Support the CEO in fundraising ventures and participate in expansion activities, including investments, acquisitions, and corporate alliances.
  • Work with the executive leadership team to ensure legal and regulatory compliance while managing and mitigating financial and other risks.
  • Manage banking relationships, cash management, and other treasury-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial processes, systems, and policies.
  • Provide oversight on tax, internal controls, and audit-related matters.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership.
  • Preferably 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry.
  • Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Prior country experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Expertise in Accounting, Financial Planning, Analysis, Taxation, and Audit.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
