ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to be part of our team.

• The role will support marketing execution and relationship-building efforts through content management, email marketing, social media engagement, client communication, and referral outreach leveraging automation tools like GetResponse, Levitate AI, Hootsuite, and Hona to enhance the firm's brand, impact, and trust.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Management

• Format and upload SEO-optimized blog posts in WordPress.
• Design visual assets in Canva for social and email campaigns.
• Maintain a monthly editorial and repurposing calendar.

Social Media Engagement via Hootsuite

• Schedule and manage content across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Repurpose blog posts into short-form and visual content.
• Track KPIs and generate platform-specific monthly reports.
• Monitor engagement and flag legal inquiries appropriately.

Email Marketing via GetResponse

• Maintain segmented lists for clients, leads, and referral partners.
• Design and schedule monthly newsletters and special updates.
• Build and test automated email flows (e.g., lead nurturing, onboarding).
• Analyze open/click-through rates; run A/B tests and optimize messaging.

Relationship Marketing via Levitate AI

• Send warm, personalized emails to referral sources and ProVisors contacts.
• Manage follow-up emails for networking events and post-case anniversaries.
• Track relationship history, tags, and engagement metrics.
• Share blog content as conversation starters or trust-building outreach.

Client Communication & Reviews via Hona

• Automate post-case Google review requests through Hona.
• Embed firm resources into case updates (FAQs, blog links).
• Monitor Hona engagement to identify happy clients for referrals or testimonials.
• Coordinate with to track keyword performance and content needs.
• Monitor practice area pages for content freshness and SEO value.
• Compile data from Google Analytics, GMB, and Looker Studio for monthly reports.
• Schedule and manage weekly coffee/lunch meetings with lawyers and medical providers.
• Prepare invites, confirm attendance, and send thank-you emails.
• Record outcomes in CRM or shared tracking sheet.

SEO Coordination & Analytics

• Coordinate with to track keyword performance and content needs.
• Monitor practice area pages for content freshness and SEO value.
• Compile data from Google Analytics, GMB, and Looker Studio for monthly reports.
• Schedule and manage weekly coffee/lunch meetings with lawyers and medical providers.
• Prepare invites, confirm attendance, and send thank-you emails.
• Record outcomes in CRM or shared tracking sheet.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing (legal or professional services preferred).
• Proficient with WordPress, Canva, GetResponse, Hootsuite, Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Levitate AI and tools like Hona or CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work a night shift schedule.
