  • Able to perform well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and content development.
  • Support the preparation and implementation of both online and print marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to the creation of diverse marketing materials across various platforms
  • Help maintain clear internal and external communication to align all departments with marketing goals.
  • Assist in organizing, managing, and delivering promotional activities, mall events, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and activities with tenants.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies that support company objectives.

Advertising

  • Assist in promoting and selling advertising spaces (billboards, LED displays, etc.) to generate and increase advertising revenue.
  • Monitor and report on the occupancy and utilization of all advertising spaces.
  • Support the implementation of programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the marketing performance of both tenants and the company.
  • Review advertising transaction documents and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain good relationships with advertisers, address concerns, and ensure their needs are met throughout their tenancy.
