  • Conduct periodic analyses of various information/data to determine efficiency of Operations of Security Group

  • Study and recommend appropriate strategies and means to improve and address concerns, and needs of the Operations of Security Group

  • On the basis of corporate mission and vision, set goals and targets and defined needs and concerns, prepare departmental program for review and approval of management; develop action plan to implement the approved program.

  • Direct and coordinate the implementation of the departmental program in consonance with corporate policies and ensure that the necessary logistics are in place

  • Monitor day to day activities of the department and resolve with proper parties, difficulties and problems encountered; review and evaluate causes and effects of each problem and submit necessary reports

  • Exercises administrative control over all activities and staff under supervision with respect to work load distribution, personnel placement, performance appraisal, training, teamwork, morale, attendance, discipline, and work behavior within work unit.
