    Proactively identifies and recommends ways to improve our internal processes and tax accounting procedures. Performs a variety of other assigned tasks. Ensures the organization's security by handling all information with strict confidentiality.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA is highly preferred.
Experience
  • 4-5 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably within public accounting firm or any related industry.
  • Proven experience with tax preparation software
Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
