Responsibilities:

· Supports the formulation and implementation of industry-wide digital solutions.

· Develop and manage digital models of buildings (Architecture) using BIM software (Specifically Revit)

· Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and authorities to ensure accurate and efficient project design, construction and compliance.

· Analyze design and construction data to identify potential issues and resolve them proactively.

· Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.

· Attend project meetings and provide technical expertise as required.

· Provide support and training to team members in the use of BIM software.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Architecture

· Formally trained in BIM (Diploma or Training certification), preferably with at least 2 years of BIM coordination or BIM management experience in BIM modelling and Coordination work.

· Proficient in BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks.

· Strong familiarity with Opendata format such as Industry Foundation Classes (IFC)

· Knowledge of building codes and regulations

· Strong communication, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience in performing the necessary quality control tests on the BIM models.

· Experience in Python and Dynamo is preferable.

· International work experience is a plus
