Junior Architect (Full-Time)

Location: 3N Westgate Tower, Investment Drive, Madrigal Business Park, Brgy. Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are a construction company actively engaged in design and build projects, where close coordination with architects is crucial to our workflow.

We make extensive use of Building Information Modelling (BIM), especially Revit, to streamline our processes and improve collaboration across disciplines. As such, BIM-centric and technical skills are a strong advantage.

Training is continuous — all relevant skills may be taught as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, render, and prepare plans using Revit for various project types (residential, interior fit-outs, warehouses, buildings, etc.)

  • Support the construction team through Revit by providing data such as quantities, specifications, and material details

  • Prepare as-built plans

  • Perform light quantity takeoff

  • Occasionally assist with onsite layout designs

  • Attend client meetings regarding design discussions and revisions

Qualifications:

  • Must have completed apprenticeship/OJT

  • PRC license is not required, but is an advantage

  • Experience in Revit and BIM is a plus

  • Open to learning and willing to be trained
