Job Title: Legal Executive

Location: BGC, Taguig

Job Summary:

Seeking a Legal Executive to provide legal support and ensure compliance with regulations in the renewable energy industry. This role involves drafting contracts, managing legal documentation, and advising on corporate legal matters. The ideal candidate will assist in mitigating legal risks while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Ensure company compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist with legal disputes, claims, and liaise with external counsel.
  • Conduct legal research and provide advice on corporate governance and risk management.
  • Maintain accurate records of legal files, licenses, and contracts.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
